Kimberly started The TakeOFF Collective from a plain observation: the hardest part of building something is rarely the plan. It is often the challenge of taking small steps, not leaps toward success.
Kimberly created a brand for those steps; that obstacle, that "invisible mud or weight" that gets in the way of helping one to move forward. TakeOFF started as a collection of pieces designed to be worn on ordinary days, in big or small rooms, by women who have decided to "move" anyway. What began as a message on a hoodie has grown into a collection, curated consulting and a community that keeps each other honest about forward motion.
